About Us
The Small Earth Nepal (SEN) stands as a distinguished non-governmental organization (NGO) dedicated to promoting sustainable lifestyles and reducing Nepal’s global footprint. Since its inception in March 2001, SEN has been committed to advancing sustainable development and fostering choices that bolster system resilience.
SEN is updating its annual roster and invite eligible suppliers, service providers, companies, contractors, consultants, and individual professionals to register as vendors for the following services for Fiscal Year 2083/2084 B.S.
Categories of Goods, Works, and Services
(Interested vendors may apply for one or more of the following categories)
1. Research consultancy and expert services companies including qualified consultants with relevant academic qualifications, demonstrated research or consultancy experience, and strong analytical and writing skills. Prior experience with national or international development organizations will be an advantage. Inclusion in the roster does not guarantee immediate engagement; consultants will be contacted based on project needs.
2. Travel management services, including domestic and international airline ticketing, vehicle rental within and outside Kathmandu Valley, hotel booking, and visa processing services.
3. Hotel, conference venue, catering, and restaurant services for residential and non-residential workshops, conferences, and training within and outside Kathmandu Valley.
4. Printing, publishing, and branding services, including banners, brochures, calendars, diaries, certificates, and other printed materials.
5. Web and digital services, including website hosting, website design, cloud storage, and related online services.
6. Supply and maintenance of IT equipment and services, including PCs, servers, network systems, printers, scanners, networking equipment, CCTV systems, related accessories, and peripherals.
7. Supply of office stationery, office supplies, and consumables.
8. Supply, repair, and maintenance of electrical and plumbing goods and services.
9. Insurance services.
10. Photography and video production services.
11. Furniture supply, repair, and maintenance services.
12. Gardening and cleaning services.
Submission
Interested applicants are requested to submit the EoI with the following documents:
1. Letter of EoI in the organization’s letterhead, duly signed by the authorized person.
2. Company legal documents
a. Company registration
b. Renewal document
c. VAT/PAN registration certificate
d. Latest tax clearance certificate
e. Details of the company profile
3. In case of individual consultant, provide updated CV along with PAN/VAT
4. Quotations of the goods/services applicable for the year

Terms and Conditions
1. Registration as a vendor does not constitute a contractual commitment by SEN
2. SEN reserves the right to accept or reject any application
3. SEN may request additional information or clarification from applicants during the evaluation process
4. Vendors shall immediately notify SEN of any changes to their legal status, ownership, address or contact information
5. Vendors may be suspended or removed from the vendor database for poor performance, fraudulent practices, corruption, conflict of interest, submission of false information, or failure to meet contractual obligations
6. SEN follows a zero-tolerance policy towards fraud, corruption, bribery, and unethical business practices
7. Information submitted by applicants will be used solely for vendor registration and procurement purposes and will be treated confidentially.
