SEN invites quotations for the development of Web and Mobile applications. Interested companies/vendors are requested to submit their sealed quotations.

Selection Criteria
- Bidders may submit their quotations according to their capacity.
- Bidders must complete the entire service delivery by 7 August 2024.
- The rate quoted should be inclusive of all taxes.
- Only the quotations received within the deadline and meeting the exact specifications mentioned in the notice will be considered for evaluation.
- SEN reserves the right to fully or partially accept or reject quotations at its sole discretion without providing any reasons.
Required documents
- Quotation (sealed in the envelope)
- Copy of VAT registration certificate
- Copy of Company Register (certificate) with renewal till 2079/80
- Copy of Tax clearance certificate for 2079/80
