SEN invites quotations for the Supply and Installation of AWS equipment at five stations (Achham, Kalikot, Mugu, Manang, and Kaski districts). Interested companies/suppliers/agencies/vendors are requested to submit their sealed quotations.

Selection Criteria

  1. Bidders may submit their quotations according to their capacity. 
  2. Bidders must complete the entire service delivery by 7 August 2024.
  3. The rate quoted should be inclusive of all taxes. 
  4. Only the quotations received within the deadline and meeting the exact specifications mentioned in the notice will be considered for evaluation.
  5. SEN reserves the right to fully or partially accept or reject quotations at its sole discretion without providing any reasons.

Required documents

  1. Quotation (sealed in the envelope)
  2. Copy of VAT registration certificate 
  3. Copy of Company Register (certificate) with renewal till 2079/80
  4. Copy of Tax clearance certificate for 2079/80 

Submission Procedure

Interested bidders meeting the above-mentioned criteria are requested to send a sealed Quotation along with the required documents no later than 5 July 2024, Friday (20th Ashar, 2081) before 17:00 to:
