The Small Earth Nepal (SEN), is a non-governmental organization working on promoting sustainable lifestyles and reducing the global footprint of Nepal is in the process of updating its annual roster. Hence, the interested individual consultants, vendors/ suppliers (organizations/individuals) for the below-mentioned services are requested to send the “Expression of Interest” along with the below-mentioned documents to the official address or via email as mentioned below.
Services to be provided:
- Research Consultants / Experts (Roster-Based): Applicants should have relevant academic qualifications, demonstrated research or consultancy experience, and strong analytical and writing skills. Prior experience with national or international development organizations will be an advantage. This is a roster-based opportunity; inclusion does not guarantee immediate engagement. Consultants will be contacted based on project needs.
- Travel services (Domestic and International), including airline ticketing, vehicle rental (inside and outside the valley), hotel booking, visa service, etc.
- Hotels (for residential & non-residential workshop/conference/training), etc., outside & inside the valley
- Printing and Designing
- Web hosting, website designing. cloud storage
- IT Services (Annual Maintenance contract of computer server, network system, printer, scanner, UPS, and its peripherals)
- Stationery office suppliers
- Electrical good supply, repair, and maintenance
- Computer peripherals
Required documents to be submitted:
Interested VAT-registered organizations are requested to submit their company profile/ individual profile and detailed contact information along with the following documents: (Those unable to provide all the necessary documents mentioned are not eligible for the rostering)
- Letter of Expression of interest (EOI) in the organization’s letterhead, duly signed by the authorized person.
- Details of the company profile
- Copy of Company Registration and renewal
- Copy of VAT / PAN Registration certificate
- Copy of latest Tax Clearance certificate (F.Y. 2081/82)
- Recent and updated CV along with a copy of PAN in case of an individual
- Quotations of the goods/services applicable for the year
All the above-mentioned required documents, including “Expression of Interest,” should be emailed to the official email address or delivered at the following address in a sealed envelope before 12 April 2025.
