The Small Earth Nepal (SEN) joins hand with Central Department of Environmental Science under Tribhuvan University (CDES/TU), which produces human resources in the field of environmental science. SEN especially aims to motivate youth and students by organizing varieties of programs to motivate them through its Students-Teachers-Scientists (STS) network.
Therefore, having recognized the convergence of the objectives where SEN brings in the promotion of sustainable lifestyles through education and promotion of activities that reduce our adverse impact on the environment and CDES/TU brings in research, education and development competencies and dialogues, a collaborative project-level effort in the fields of mutual interests as determined by the priorities of SEN and CDES/TU and the comparative advantages and resources within the two institutions, the parties have signed the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to foster institutional collaboration between SEN and CDES/TU in presence of Mr. Madan Koirala, Assistance Dean of Institutes of Science and Technology, Tribhuwan University and Ms. Rejina Maskey, Associate Professor, CDES/TU.
The purpose of this MoU is to promote institutional collaboration between SEN and CDES/TU in research, education and development related programs, as well as dissemination of outputs of joint work.
