On 24 Oct 2021, The Small Earth Nepal (SEN) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with K. P. Byabasayik Sewa Pvt. Ltd. (KPBS) with the common goal to foster collaborative community development projects in the area of renewable energy addressing global environmental and sustainable development challenges.
KPBS is a private company certified by the Alternative Energy Promotion Center (AEPC) on large- and domestic-scale biogas plant construction, after-sales services, improved water mill installation, micro-hydro project installation, and detailed feasibility study. KPBS has been actively promoting renewable energy technologies and enterprise development in various districts of the country.
Through this MoU, SEN and KPBS will jointly explore the possibility of implementing community development projects, promoting energy-efficient technologies, applying for research- and action-based project grants, sharing expertise in the area of mutual interests, and disseminating knowledge.
